Blouses & Espresso

When I was jumping around manically several of you commented on the blouse I was wearing. It might not be perfect for jumping (in fact it’s proof that I really wasn't prepared for the trampoline because who in their right mind would wear a silk blouse with a tie thingy for sporty activities?), but I do love this blouse! I bought it for €25 at the antiques market in Arezzo in Italy because of its pattern and material. Later I realized it is self-made which makes it even more dear to me.

It also reminds me how much I'm looking forward to sitting around lazily on Italian piazzas and sipping espresso. Is it very pathetic to think of pleasures that are still 2 months away? Yes, I guess it is. Oh well, first of all: Happy weekend!

An Italian holiday? How delightful!
One can still look forward to the pleasures even if it's two months ago. That increases the anticipation of it all. A hand-made blouse for that price? Really, one cannot beat that;-)
Happy, happy, weekend! XX

LOVE that blouse! I am absolutely crazy for floral blouses with bows at the neck, so retro chic. Looks great with those capris, great that there's a story behind it, too!

You'll fit right in with your lovely blouse! I'm so jealous of your trip to Italy! My husband went about four years ago to visit his sister who was studying for a semester in Rome and I'm was so upset that I didn't get to go with him. It's still a sensitive topic ;o)

Love the blouse but are so curious about the colours. It looks really comfortable. I can see you there on the piazza with your sunglasses and a cappuccino... Never been to Italy but would love to go one day. Aso love your pants. Especially the one in the last picture.

I bow down to you, cause you sure pull off this look of different patterns like no one else I know.

And what a silly question at the end! Of course it isn't too soon to dream of sitting around Italian piazzas, sipping espresso.
