Psynopsis Vintage Hennes and Mauritz Dress Miu Miu Boots

Psynopsis Vintage Hennes and Mauritz Dress Collage

The power of the flower does not rule in my wardrobe. I think I don’t own any floral prints except this dress which derives from times when H&M was a Skandinavian ONLY company, and was brought back from our stylish Swedish neighbour. Maybe if we had known that only a few years later it would be nearly  impossible to escape H&M we might have been less envious of her mysterious shopping potentials.*

What about you? Are you going to wear florals this winter?

dress: h&m vintage, boots: miu miu, body suit: falke, tights: wolford, suede coat: inherited, belt: 2nd hand (oxfam)

Did you know… H&M opened its first shop in Germany in 1980, in the USA in 2000, in Canada in 2004, Dubai 2006, Russia 2009 and plans to launch stores in Argentinia and Brazil soon.

What a fabulous print that dress has! I'm not really a girly floral print lover but that is gorgeously zingy and vibrant. Loving the length, the boots...heck, love everything. xxx

This really suits you. I'm not really much of a prints/florals person but I'd like a Liberty print blouse for winter. xx

I do love florals and this print is lovely - especially against a serene and moody backdrop of stormy sky, green hills and fluffy sheep! Love this scenery and your photos are fantastic - makes me want to leave London to carve out a life in the country now! You've reminded me what a great idea it is to warm up a floaty floral with boots, tights and a turtleneck to get more use out of it during the colder months.

Is it just me or can anyone else see the kisses (lips) on the bark of the tree in the 1st shot.
I have to admit I love the flowers. Xxxx

Totally forgot that H&M is a Swedish company- they are such a global presence now. That floral print is worth keeping.

Oh it's vintage! I don't have much floral in my wardrobe either. When I wear it I like to toughen it up a bit like you did :)

Hope you had a fabulous weekend and a wonderful Monday! xoxo

That dress reminds me so much of something my mother used to have, back when I was a child.

I adore floral dresses - blame it on the Caribbean half of my upbringing. The scenery is so soothing on the senses.

Ah, you amidst Divine Nature in your pretty floral dress and boots is such a delightful sight to behold, my sweet friend;-)

I wear floral prints all year round! And I have a special love for H&M as I used to go there with my mum when I was just a little kid :) it always brings back fond memories.

Aha! Fashionistable is right, the kisses on the tree bark in the first shot.

Back to the topic: florals in winter? I remain to be convinced.
As for H&M, much love and respect.

No Im not a florals person either but the dress looks great all layered up, love the photos especially the one with the sheep!

Fashionistable & Nyanzi Report - NOW I see it! Sometimes one just needs to skew one's vision a bit... Loads of kissing mouths, actually.

You are like me with the floral - but do you notice how many compliments you get when you wear it? (-: Loving your boots too!

It's so pretty!

Personally I have no desire to escape H&M, but that's probably because I have only EVER worn H&M pyjamas (honestly, since birth the only pyjamas I have worn for more than 15 minutes have been H&M).

I've never been into florals,so I'll be passing that trend this fall. And to answer your question, operation birthday manipulation is probably going to be a big gigantic fail :o/ But I'm sure I'll manage to get a goodie or two, even if they weren't a part of my list :)

I love "vintage" H&M!
Also... I am not dead!
Sorry for my long absence, moving to London and the start of uni has been quite hectic, but I'm definitely waiting for you here (and I bet Somerset House misses you as well!)...

Also, to apologize to all of you guys, I wrote a long long post with all my pictures from Paris' Fashion Week and much more stuff!

Sorry again!

Hugs

Oooh, it's so pretty! I don't own very many floral prints, either. The few florals I do have are mostly tiny, barely-noticable ditsy prints, or vintage 90s florals.
