Brooding over the mental and elemental things in life seems to take up all my time and energy these days… Leaving little left for blogging - but hey, it feels good to be thrown out of my internet abstinence by a cute red coat which was sent to us from Next. I mean, if this doesn't work against the winter blues then there really is no hope left (and just lets not follow any inevitable 'Don’t Look Now' associations. No killer midgets in my woods!)

wow, that's a red. after the first shock i have to say i like it. but: what really got my attention (which is actually quite hard against the super red coat) was your bag - oh, it's precious! love the chain strap.

You're giving Little Red Riding Hood a run for her money in this fairy tale wood. Love how you wore the coat with '70s flair lent by the hat. Really love the sweater tied as a scarf too. I do that all the time in ballet class, but never with such panache (nor a brooch) as you did! I would love to discover that Pierre Hardy purse somewhere (eBay?) too. xx
